Return and Refund Policy for Everbloom Elegance

At Everbloom Elegance, we're committed to providing you with beautiful, high-quality floral arrangements, wreaths, and gifts. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase.

Due to the perishable nature of flowers and wreaths, our return policy is a little different from typical retail. Please review the details below.

Flowers and Wreaths

  • We can't accept returns on fresh flowers or wreaths. However, if you are not satisfied with the quality or condition of your arrangement upon arrival, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery.

  • To report an issue, please email us at flowers@everbloomelegance.co.uk with your order number and a photo of the product. This helps us understand what went wrong and how we can make it right.

  • Depending on the situation, we may offer a replacement, a store credit, or a partial refund.

Gifts and Non-Perishable Items

  • You can return unused and undamaged non-perishable gift items within 14 days of delivery.

  • To start a return, please contact us at flowers@everbloomelegance.co.uk with your order number. We'll provide you with instructions on how to send the item back.

  • The item must be in its original packaging.

  • You are responsible for the shipping costs of the return. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we can't be responsible for items lost in transit.

  • Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we'll issue a refund to your original payment method. Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account.

Cancellations

  • If you need to cancel an order, please do so within 6 hours of purchase. Contact us at flowers@everbloomelegance.co.uk with your order number.

  • Once an order has been shipped or prepared for delivery, it can no longer be canceled.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

  • If your order arrives damaged, or if you received the wrong item, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery.

  • Email us at flowers@everbloomelegance.co.uk with your order number and clear photos of the damage or the incorrect item.

  • We'll work with you to find a solution, which may include a replacement, store credit, or a full refund.
